Spring Clamps

Custom engineered for automotive original equipment applications. Heat treated steel construction and spring design compensate for compression set and thermal cycling.

For small diameters. Captured helical spring design provides a continuous load to compensate for hose compression and thermal dimensional changes (cold flow).

Using a Bellville spring design to eliminate "cold flow" leakage, Flex-Gear® and Flex-Gear HD® clamps adjust with the hose and fitting to maintain constant tension on the connection, eliminating leak paths.

Helical spring design provides a continuous load to prevent leak paths from temperature fluctuations. Typical applications include heavy truck charge air and cooling systems.
